How do I used the app?

Once you are approved as a partner we will contact you to arrange a meeting where we will show you exactly how to use the app. There are two different apps depending on the size of your team.

What if I have more than one van?

If you have more than one van, you will be set up with a manager app where you will be able to assign jobs to different drivers in your team. If you have any new members join the team or your fleet grows, be sure to let us know and we will create them an account too.

What insurance do I need to be a compliant partner?

To become a partner, it is essential that you have public liability insurance (above £5m for us to be able to provide you with maximum amounts of work), employers liability if you have a team, and motor insurance. This will all be requested before we approve you as a partner. You will only be approved if you have all the required insurance.

How many jobs will I get each day?

We will start by only sending a small amount of work to make sure that the app is being used properly and all the correct procedures are understood. The amount of jobs we provide will then depend on how well you use the app, the quality of pictures that you take, and punctuality to jobs.

What vehicle do I need?

The type of vehicle you need to become a partner is a 3.5 caged tipper or a 7.5 caged tipper.For the 3.5 it is essential that you are able to hold 14 cubic yards of waste and for 7.5 cage tippers you will need at least 18 cubic yards.

How do I get paid?

We have a self billing agreement where you will receive an invoice each month on the 5th working day with all the jobs you did in the previous month. You will then receive payment on the 15th working day.

How are jobs priced?

We price our jobs based on the weight / volume of the waste. Each price includes a time limit too.

What do I do if I have an issue with my self billing invoice?

If you have an issue with your invoice, you just need to respond to us, quoting the invoice number and the issue and the finance team will be able to help you.

Can I accept cash payments from customers

Under no circumstances can you accept a cash payment from a customer. All payments will be made directly through LITTA to partners.
